The decisions can be searched based on keyword, or you can use the “Advanced Search” feature to filter decisions by area of jurisdiction (“Collection”), type of decision, and more. Tribunal members are not bound by previous decisions of the CRT or other tribunals. However, CRT decisions are a useful research tool for understanding the law and how tribunal members have applied it in the past.
